I did a small mod for the PokerTH.
Get it here:

Just unpack the data folder into the PokerTH main folder, replacing all files.
Go to settings and select your card deck as 'PokerTH old default card deck' and Game Table as 'danuxi table design'
Just to clarify:
INSTALL POKERTH
UNPACK data.zip INTO ROOT OF POKERTH
START POKERTH
GO TO SETTINGS
GO TO STYLES
CHANGE CARD DECK TO 'PokerTH old default card deck'
CHANGE TABLE TO 'danuxi table design'
MOD REPLACES THOSE STYLES.
